Yes. We don't collect your name, email, or phone number. IP addresses are hashed with a rotating salt — the raw IP is never stored. We cannot trace a confession back to you.

You have a 5-minute window after posting to delete it. After that, you can request removal by emailing contact@confessit.in with the confession URL or content.

Every confession gets an automated perspective from an AI model (Claude). It's not therapy or advice — it's a thoughtful, non-judgmental response to help you feel heard. You can ignore it.

We remove hate speech, content sexualising minors, targeted harassment, self-harm instructions, spam, and anything illegal. Content flagged by the community is reviewed and may be removed.
